We onboarded this golf brand on June 1st and we are up 110% 🤑
Here’s how we did it and how you can do it too.
The first thing we focused on was content and creating a system for creating more consistently. The number one thing holding most brands back from scaling is the ability to quickly create more content.
As you increase ad budgets, content will become stale faster, plus you need to constantly be trying new content to see what’ll pop off next.
The only way to do this at scale is to build a system for more content, so that was first!
For this brand, we are relying on brand made content and influencer relationships to create a steady stream of content.
From there, we focused on Meta, TikTok, and a bit of CRO.
Fortunately, this brand already had a good conversion rate ~3.5-4.5% so we had a great starting point and could dive right into advertising.
We started on Meta and overtime, we tested bid caps, ASC, broad and a whole bunch of content and copy! Since this brand hadn’t really advertised before, we started with $100/day and quickly scaled up to where we currently are at ~$1,000/day.
On TikTok, we were able to scale spend to TikKok Shops, with an average $5/CPA and 4X ROAS using content generated by the founder. We had a few pieces of organic content go viral which helped quite a bit with ROAS and gave us a ton of insight into what the market responds to.
The biggest challenge now?
Inventory, forecasting, and planning for BFCM. But so far so good!
Currently we are sitting at a 5X MER and things are continuing to improve.
I’m excited to continue building on the road to $1m!
