The old Atlas site was built on a 1.0 theme and had an overly basic layout that didn't really match the quality of the headrests. This caused audience perception issues and made for a low conversion rate that made it hard to scale profitably.
By starting with heatmaps and learning where customers are spending the most time on the site, we were able to build a predictable customer journey to improve our conversions. From there, we dove into a more audience focused experience with a different look and feel for standard and gaming products. This created an experience that each audience connects with more to help draw them closer into the brand.
